mini roller flex

If you've ever painted, you've probably wished for a better way to finish those hard-to-reach areas. Up to now, your options have been limited to clumsy tools involving metal rods, wing nuts and heavy metal clamps. These ideas work, but don't really alleviate the pain, strain and frustration of painting in tight places.

Mini Roller Flex from McCauley Tools makes your painting jobs easier, faster and safer. It attaches easily to any extension pole and lets you reach hard-to-access areas with less physical discomfort, avoiding stooping, bending and climbing.

The Mini Roller Flex can be used to paint the tops of pipes, beams and other overhead objects. It lets you paint uneven terrain or in narrow spaces, and reach difficult areas such as roof overhangs and gables. With Mini Roller Flex, you can easily paint above window and door headers, saving time, splashed paint and overlaps.

Veteran painting contractors Pat McCauley, Garth Getchell, and Kim Getchell created and are now marketing Mini Roller Flex and its companion product, Brush Flex, through Sherwin-Williams and Lancaster outlets. For more information, visit the McCauley Tools website at www.mccauleytools.com.

“I was impressed with the professionalism and methodology of the D2 Group. With their step-by-step process, we got the job done.”

Malco D2 Group Involvement

As the Mini Roller Flex idea moved from concept to development, Garth Getchell became frustrated with the Chinese vendor he was working with. "I became tired of communicating with them to try to get the problems resolved. They just didn't seem to get it," he said. It was then that Garth met Dave Clark of the Malco Design & Deliver Group. The D2 Group solved the problems, and deisgned the perfect connector to join Garth's mini roller to the flexible handle developed by Pat McCauley.
